The hotel is well located, with easy access to tourist spots and several parking options. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the bathroom was clean and modern. Breakfast had a good selection and the shower was powerful.

The building's noise insulation is poor, which resulted in loud and disruptive sounds from other rooms and from the hall. The fridge in the room didn't work, and construction/repair work started early in the morning, including the weekends.

The hotel was very pet-friendly and the room we stayed in was modern and clean. We also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the comfortable bed. The fact that the hotel has security systems in place made us feel safe during our stay, and the breakfast was good with a variety of options.

That we were disappointed that there were no leisure facilities offered, particularly as the hotel is in a city location. The hotel was also difficult to get to on foot, particularly in the evenings, as there were no pedestrian areas nearby.
